Kim Kardashian Meet & Greet at Debenhams - Friday 18th May 2012

To celebrate the launch of her new fragrance True Reflection, Kim is coming to the UK to see her fans!

Kim will be at Debenhams Oxford Street on Friday 18th May between 10am and 12pm to personally meet the first 100 customers who purchase the True Reflection VIP set from Debenhams Oxford Street between Sunday 13th May and Thursday 17th May.

For your chance to meet Kim, make sure you head down to Debenhams Oxford Street on Sunday 13th May to be first in the queue to purchase the exclusive True Reflection VIP set and get your VIP pass to meet Kim in person in Friday 18th May.

Terms and Conditions for Debenhams Meet & Greet in conjunction with the purchase of the True Reflection VIP fragrance set.

1. Only the first 100 customers to purchase the True Reflection VIP Fragrance Set between the 13th and 17th May 2012 will receive their pass to meet Kim Kardashian at Debenhams Oxford Street on the 18th May between 10am and 12pm.

2. Only one True Reflection VIP fragrance set can be purchased per customer.

3. Pass holders will need to present the VIP pass obtained in the True Reflection VIP Fragrance Set to gain entry to the meet and greet on Friday 18th May at Debenhams Oxford Street. Customers will not be permitted inside the meet and greet without presenting their VIP pass.

4. All pass holders will need to arrive at Debenhams Oxford Street no later than 9.15am on Friday 18th May 2012 to gain access to the meet and greet with Kim Kardashian. The promoter cannot guarantee entry to the meet and greet if pass holders arrive later than 9.15am.

5. All pass holders under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult will be permitted to wait in a separate area within the meet and greet area.

6. Entry to the meet and greet will be denied if it is reasonably deemed by SAS & Company or Debenhams that the pass presented to gain entry is considered to be counterfeit

7. Pass holders will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the Debenhams Oxford Street on Friday 18th May and must ensure they arrive at the store no later than 9.15am

8. The promotion closing date is store closing on 17th May 2012 (the “Closing Date”) and any promotional purchases made after the Closing Date will not be accepted by the Promoter.

9. Neither SAS & Company nor Debenhams can be held responsible for lost or stolen passes. It is the responsibility of the pass holder to present their pass on the day of the event to gain entry to the meet and greet.

10. The VIP pass to meet Kim Kardashian at Debenhams Oxford Street in the 18th May 2012 must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prizes are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.

11. All prizes/VIP passes are non-transferable.

12. Each pass holder agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the prize promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner’s name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the prize promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner for such use.

13. The decision of the Promoter and/or independent is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.

15. If the meet and greet is rescheduled then the Promoter will notify the winners of the amended location and/or date through this website – kimkardashianfragrance.co.uk

16. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that Kim Kardashian is unavailable or if the promoter has to postpone, cancel, reschedule the meet and greet for any reason whatsoever.

17. The Promoter makes no guarantees on the restrictions that will be placed at time of Meet and Greet, these are stipulated by Kim Kardashian’s representatives and must be followed. (Ie – the Promoter makes no guarantees on the opportunity for the winner to take a photo of or get an autograph at the time of the Meet and Greet).

18. Any pass holders showing signs of inappropriate behaviour within the venue that is deemed as a risk to others, will result in the pass holder being ejected from the venue by security and their pass subsequently deemed invalid.
